Update on U.S. Trade Changes & Your Orders (As of March 4, 2025)
We know the past few weeks have brought uncertainty, so we’re happy to share some good news!
Section 321 de minimis Remains in Place ✅
As of March 4, 2025, we’ve received official confirmation from U.S. Customs (CBP) that shipments under $800 USD can still enter duty-free until further notice.
This means most Retea orders to the U.S. will not face additional customs fees at this time.
Shipments Are Moving As Expected 🚛
Despite scheduled tariff changes, our recent shipments cleared the U.S. border without delays or extra fees. Everything is running smoothly!
What This Means for You:
✅ Orders under $800 USD remain duty-free
✅ No unexpected customs charges on small shipments
✅ Our U.S. shipping process is unaffected for now
How This Affects Retea & Our Customers
With 25% of our customers in the U.S., we were preparing for major changes. For now, we’re relieved that nothing is changing for smaller orders.
We’ll keep monitoring the situation and update you if anything changes.
